COVID Requirements for Christmas Island Opening

More and more signs point to Christmas Island opening in early December. I just received this document listing the requirements to be allowed in. Seems like a Honolulu COVID test will be required to make the 24 hour deadline. Also note the information that has to be included on the test results.
