Great Resort and Fishing!

“I recently returned from a week at the Lagoon View Resort. I booked my trip through skinny-waters.com, who set up my stay at Lagoon View Resort as well as a car rental. I spent the week DIY fly fishing across the island. Everything was excellent.

The owners, along with the girls in the kitchen were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided in the morning, and they packed a lunch in a cooler to take with for the day of fishing. Dinners were excellent and included lots of fresh fish, chicken, rice, and veggies. The rooms are simple, but comfortable with good air conditioning.

Fishing was also very good, the first day I landed bonefish, along with my first Giant and Bluefin Trevallys. Over the course of the week I caught 15 new species on the fly. The resort can set you up with a boat and guide if you prefer to fish that way. Overall, I highly recommend this resort!”
