COVID and Christmas Island

To help Lagoon View Resort during the COVID-19 crisis, Skinny Waters started a Go Fund Me page, these funds are going to help Timei and his family, the staff and the guides at the resort. Christmas Island has had almost no visitors since mid-February and folks there are really struggling.

On a brighter note, Fiji airways will begin flights to the island at the end of June. Fly fisherman are beginning to start planning summer, fall and winter travel. The bonefish, trigger fish and trevally have had a few months off and are ready to accommodate your well placed fly.
